All of that was done ecological, precious, and sustainable! With complete solid wood construction, geothermal energy, photovoltaic system, and only the best regional partners and a sustainable concept!

In our ecological wooden house, there are 12 new apartments divided over 3 floors with well-thought-out room layout and furniture;
1 room apartments for 2 people; a third person or children can also be accommodated on the large sofa bed.
In Simple Life, you have everything you need!

The open living and sleeping area, the bathroom, and the fully functional kitchen leave nothing to be desired - everything is kept in precise shapes and natural materials.

Our loft apartments on the 2nd floor with exposed roof trusses and a ceiling height of 4.2 meters are unforgettable highlights. The living climate is terrific, and the view breathtaking!
We are sure you will find it difficult to say goodbye!

You don’t have to miss out on comfort! In addition to the underground car park and elevator, there is a drink- and snack-machine and washing facilities in our laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
In addition, your accommodation is located directly near the popular hiking and trail running routes and next to the ski slopes - ski-in & out! Start right outside your door!
