If you want to spend your most beautiful days in a cozy and personally managed private house, you have come to the right place. Our house is situated on a quiet, gentle hillside, where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Rauris from the south-facing balcony or the lawn. Do you shy away from driving in the car and looking for a parking space at the cable car in winter? No problem! Since our house is located directly on the Kreuzboden valley descent or natural toboggan run and only a few steps from the valley station of the Kreuzboden double chairlift. Park your vehicle in our car park for the entire holiday period and start your day of skiing in the wonderful ski area of the Rauriser Hochalmbahnen.
