Mit dem Rückgang der Goldfunde, verlor auch das Haus ihre Funktion und verfiel im Laufe der Jahrhunderte. Sie diente Bauern, einem Bader, Jäger und Familien als Unterkunft. Die Astenschmiede befindet sich im Hüttwinkltal, vor der Mautstelle Kolm Saigurn. Parkplätze vorhanden, Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Außerdem gibt es zahrleiche Wandermöglichkeiten ab Haus.

Our house is a non-smoker´s house but we have installed ashtrays on the balconies. Your pet is also welcome in our house. The healthy height situation of nearly 1000 m  is the ideal starting point for many summer and winter sports activities! Afterwards in the in-house sauna you have the possibility to recover from the sportive activities of the day and to leave behind stress of every day. Goldberg-Hittn is a new holiday house in Bucheben which is bookable from summer 2017. The name "Golberg-Hittn" is connected with the Goldberg mountains which can be found at the Valley head of Raurisertal in Kolm Saigurn. The comfortable house is situated in a calm corner directly at the Hiking trail No. 28 "Alte Buchebenstraße". So you do not need your car for some great hiking and biking tours. While building the holiday house only natural and high-graded materials were used. To get the natural flair of the house mostly matured forest and stones were used.

Our house is not the newest, but has charm and character, is clean and comfortable and we look forward to you enjoying your holiday with us. The bungalow can be used completely, including the terrace and garden, there are no other guests or residents; enough parking space is also available. From the Kreuzbodenhütte, you can whiz down the mountain via the toboggan run during the day and on the toboggan evenings, and of course you can also stop off comfortably at Mathias & Ramona for an eventful and sporty day of skiing. A toboggan is available for our guests free of charge at the Kreuzbodenhütte or at the toboggan rental next to the Kreuzbodenbahn valley station (chairlift).

In December 2021 we will welcoming guests in our M1 - Mountain Living apartment house in Rauris for the first time.The apartment house is located on the outskirts of Rauris. The ski area (Hochalmbahnen) is within walking distance, the center is approx. 400 meters away. The apartment house is divided into 5 individual holiday apartments: 2 apartments are located on the ground floor with access to the garden.The ground floor apartments have 50sqm of living space (living room, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower & toilet and garden). 2 apartments are located on the 1st floor with a balcony and a fantastic view.The apartments on the 1st floor have 50sqm of living space (living room, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower & toilet and balcony). The Signature Penthouse apartment has 100sqm and is located on the 2nd floor (spacious living room with all-round panoramic view, 2 separate bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub & toilet and balcony). The upper floors and the basement can be reached by elevator (wheelchair accessible).All holiday apartments have the latest kitchen appliances and contain everything you need to pamper your loved ones on holiday!Induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hob, kitchen ware, plates and bowls. In the basement (general area) there is a Finnish sauna available for guests that can be switched on and used independently at any time. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the basement for free use. There are 2 parking spaces per apartment (1 carport & one outside parking space) + a storage room for skis and bicycles. Our apartment house is dog-friendly! Our four-legged friends are always welcome, we ask you to register before arrival!A trained dog trainer & dog sitter is right next door.
